¿Puedo devolver un producto que he comprado? // Can I return a product that I have purchased?

Sí, puedes devolver el producto dentro de un plazo de 14 días naturales, a contar desde la fecha de recepción del pedido (Ley 7/1996, de 15 de Enero de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista) 
Los gastos de envío correrán a cargo del cliente. Se deberá enviar en perfecto estado y con su embalaje original a: C/Sant Ignaci nº 77 local B, Palma de Mallorca, 07008 Baleares, España, indicando en el envío el número de pedido. 
Una vez recibamos la mercancía y comprobado su correcto estado, se realizará el reintegro del importe del producto en el mismo medio de pago, restando los gastos de envío iniciales.

Yes, you can return the product within a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the order (Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Retail Trade Organization) Sending expenses will be at client's charge. ¿Tienen garantía los productos Kiiro? // Are Kiiro products guaranteed?

Sí, disponen de una garantía de dos años a partir de la fecha de compra según el “REAL DECRETO LEGISLATIVO 1/2007” del 16 de Noviembre de 2007. Sin problema repararemos el producto o lo sustituimos por otro.
 
No incluye deficiencias producidas por un uso incorrecto del producto, ni de los componentes que sufran desgaste por mal uso del producto.

Yes, they have a two-year warranty from the date of purchase according to the "ROYAL LEGISLATIVE DECREE 1/2007" of November 16, 2007. We will repair the product or replace it with another. It does not include deficiencies produced by improper use of the product, or of components that suffer wear due to improper use of the product.

¿Cuándo va a llegar mi pedido? // When will my order arrive?

Producimos nuestros productos bajo pedido, tenemos un plazo de entrega de 15  a 21 días desde la fecha de compra para pedidos en España, este plazo puede ser inferior en función de la cola de pedidos pendientes. Para pedidos fuera de España el plazo se amplia de 3 a 5 días.

We produce our products to order, we have a delivery period of 15 to 21 days from the date of purchase for orders in Spain, this period may be less depending on the queue of pending orders. For orders outside of Spain the term is extended from 3 to 5 days.

Si deseas cancelar tu pedido ponte en contacto a través de info@kiiro.es antes de que hayan discurrido ocho horas desde la compra y se te hará un reembolso.

Una vez hayamos fabricado tu pedido recibirás un correo electrónico con el número de seguimiento; haz clic en el enlace e introduce el número proporcionado en el correo.
No he recibido ningún número de seguimiento.

¿Cómo recibiré mi pedido? // How will I receive my order?

Todas nuestras lámparas se envían montadas salvo algunas piezas que el usuario puede montar.
Para su correcto montaje se entregarán instrucciones y sistemas de anclajes si lo requiere.

La agencia de transporte entregará el pedido en el portal, siempre en presencia del cliente o del responsable.
 
Si en el momento de la entrega no estás en casa el transportista dejará constancia de la visita y contactará contigo para concertar una nueva hora de entrega, siempre en horario laboral.

All our lamps are shipped assembled except for some parts that the user can assemble. For its correct assembly, instructions and anchoring systems will be delivered if required. The transport agency will deliver the order on the portal, always in the presence of the client or the person in charge. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will record the visit and contact you to arrange a new delivery time, always during business hours.
